Shipping policy

This Free and Flat Rate Shipping Policy only applies to eligible Market America products and brands* purchased through this Site. All non-eligible items will be charged Standard Shipping Rates.

To be eligible for Free Shipping, orders must contain at least $125 in eligible products after all applicable discounts have been applied to the order (excluding taxes and other fees). All orders containing less than $125 in eligible products are eligible for $6 Flat Rate shipping.

Shipping costs are not to exceed $75.

Free and Flat Rate Shipping are only available for eligible Market America products shipped to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 U.S. States and the U.S. Territories of American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands as well as the Bahamas.

Free and Flat Rate Shipping only apply to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States Zip Code.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate address for the delivery of the order.

All orders returned to us due to undeliverability or refusal will be charged standard shipping rates if you request that we reship the order.

Our carriers do not deliver on weekends.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free and/or Flat Rate Shipping at any time.

The cost of shipping your order will be displayed at checkout. By completing your order you are agreeing to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout. If for some reason the shipping cost displayed at checkout is more than what is stated in this Shipping Policy, you agree to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping may not be offered in conjunction with some coupons/promotions and deals.
